Q1.Is the software to capture the image included?

Yes, it is. The special viewer software comes with ARTCAM, ARTCNV, and ARTUST series.
It is possible to display images and also store them in BMP, JPEG, TIFF and PNG.

Q2.Is the viewer software compatible with all models?

ART-VIEWER is compatible with all models except for ARTCAM-THERMO series.
ART-THERMO is compatible with ARTCAM-THERMO series.

Q3.Do you have the viewer software which is English version?

The language can be changed by the settings.(Japanese and English)
